Operation Christmas Child - A ministry through Samaritan's Purse, an affiliation with Franklin Graham Ministries, that provides shoeboxes full of necessities and toys for children that might not receive any other gifts for Christmas in both America and many other countries.  Last year we sent 28 shoe boxes!
